Apparel & Socks: For hygiene reasons, socks are considered intimate apparel. Once the packaging is opened or the tags are removed, they are no longer eligible for return or exchange. Stadium Bags: While our bags are designed to meet standard stadium security requirements (e.g., clear PVC, specific dimensions), it is the customer's responsibility to verify the specific bag policy of their venue. We are not responsible if entry to a venue is denied. Color Accuracy: We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate.

SECTION 3 - PRE-ORDER POLICY

For items purchased on pre-order, payment is collected at the time of purchase. Shipping dates provided on the product page are estimates based on production timelines and are subject to change. We will communicate any significant delays via the email address provided at checkout.

4.3 Personalization & Final Sale: Each Performance Pack is custom-packed on-demand. Due to the personalized nature of this service and for health and safety reasons:

  • Orders are transmitted to the laboratory for production at 11:59 PM PT on the day the order is placed.

  • No cancellations, modifications, or refunds can be issued once the order has entered the production phase.

4.4 Allergy Warning: It is the customer's sole responsibility to review the full ingredient list provided on the product page and packaging. Fitness Snob Studio is not responsible for allergic reactions to ingredients clearly disclosed at the time of purchase.
