Refund policy

Due to the nature of our products, we have strict hygiene and safety standards. Please review our policy below:

Socks & Apparel

For health and hygiene reasons, socks must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original, unopened packaging with all tags attached to be eligible for a return.
Any socks that show signs of wear or have been removed from their original packaging are not eligible for return or exchange.

Supplements

Due to the custom, on-demand nature of our supplement products and strict health and safety regulations, please review our policy below:

All Supplement sales are FINAL. * Our supplements are custom-packed on-demand for you. Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled after 11:59 PM PT on the day of purchase.
No Returns: We do not accept returns on supplements. Because these are ingestible health products, we cannot restock or resell them once they have left the fulfillment center.
Damaged Items: If your supplement pack arrives damaged or there is an error in your order, please contact us at info@fitnesssnobstudio.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the damage. We will work with our lab to provide a replacement.

Stadium Bags & Accessories

Bags may be returned within 14 days of delivery if they are in unused, "like-new" condition with original tags.

How to Start a Return To initiate a return, please email us at info@fitnesssnobstudio.com with your order number.

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
